So you want to be a sugardaddy?

Trust me, it isn't for everyone.

Here's my recommended way:

1. Make a list of your needs and wants, including physical attributes and services.

2. Do your research on the board and narrow down the list to maybe eight or so, possibly asking opinions of others, based on your list above.

3. See all of the ladies on your list - and narrow it down to the ladies you'd want to see again (one repeat). This determines initial compatibility and chemistry.

4. Actually repeat with the ones you want to see again. Narrow the list down again.

5. Repeat again. Narrow it down again. We are checking for long-term compatibility here.

6. When you're down to two left on the list, make your offer (to one or both).

7. Enjoy.

8. Repeat steps above if one or more of your friends retires.

Oh, and seeing two ladies is even bettter, if you can afford it. It helps balance things, because seeing one lady over the long term can lead to emotional dependencies that may be difficult to get over.

Note that the estimates I posted (36-48K/yr) are minimums. Below this, there can be little expectation of exclusivity - unless the lady holds down another "real world" job.

My lower-limit numbers are based on living expense costs from ladies I know, quoted numbers from ladies who have SDs, and quoted numbers from SDs themselves.

Average sugardaddy (SD) costs are more like 60-75K/yr, and that is the level at which I find that most ladies I know who have considered this are willing to consider an exclusive arrangement.

There is no SD upper-limit - think dot-com software moguls. The high range I've heard from members on the board, and friends, is in the 150-200K/yr range. The $1M/yr numbers you see on regular SP websites are a marketing play, no basis in real life. This is not to say this outlay does not exist... but the ladies in that range do not usually advertise, at least not as SPs.

You have already enumerated most of the expenses; gifts can be a large item, and can include not just the usual jewellery, clothes, vehicles, but also educational grants, travel, cosmetic surgery, other medical expenses, and gift disbursements for the lady's family.

What can you expect in return? Someone has already enumerated this well in an earlier post, but, just for completion: exclusive companionship (you're the only one she sees); availability at reasonable times (she sees you when you call, often 24/7); service flexibility (GFE? PSE? changes of pace? you choose); and the utmost discretion.

Note that the actual offering will differ from lady to lady as well as on the financial outlay. You can't expect 24/7 service at 36K/yr, but you can expect a guaranteed monthly number of dates.

One more financial point: If and when one ends an SD relationship with a lady, many a gentleman factors in a parting financial gift, to tide her over until she finds the next gentleman willing to keep her in the lifestyle she has grown accustomed to.
